Anchorage Park Estate

About
Anchorage Park Estate is an over 55’s lifestyle village. A sea-change, a tree-change, in the village of Iluka. Wake to the kookaburras and go to sleep with the sound of the ocean. Iluka is on a peninsula, with the mighty Clarence River on one side and the ocean on the other. The Anchorage Park Estate is situated on Conrad Close in Iluka. The estate adds to and compliments the Anchorage Holiday Park. Whilst being a gated community, separated from the holiday park, residents of the estate can use and enjoy the park’s facilities. These include a pool, spa, beautifully maintained gardens, boat ramp, camp kitchen, playground, hire kayaks, bikes and convenience store. Then return to the privacy and security of their home, within the Anchorage Park Estate. This Land Lease estate is only a ferry ride to the busy town of Yamba on the south side of the river. We are approximately one hour on the freeway to Ballina and 1.5 hours to Coffs Harbour. We are central to large shopping districts and in easy driving distance to all conceivable metropolitan services, without disrupting the peace and serenity that is Iluka. The Anchorage Holiday Park has been a favourite for families who return year after year to relax and have fun. To unwind and enjoy the unspoilt and pristine environment that the Northern Rivers region has to offer.
