How the 5-lead inclusion works
Every month, your subscription covers up to 5 qualified leads — a real parent reaching out via your profile (form or AI agent), with valid contact details and intent. Spam, duplicates, and leads you reject in the 7-day dispute window don't count.
For most AU centres, 5 strong leads in a month is plenty — each one is pre-qualified for child age, days, start date, and special needs. If your demand is consistently higher, opt into overage at $40 per qualified lead — you stay in control via your dashboard. We email you before any overage bills, and you can pause routing any time.
Pricing questions
Do I have to pay to be listed at all?
No. Every registered retirement village in Australia gets a free profile, generated from the public state registers and (optionally) your website. The Listed tier just adds the editorial, lead capture, and AI visibility tools.
How is this different from existing retirement directories?
They optimise for Google search. We optimise for ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews — where residents and their adult children are increasingly searching. We also expose an MCP server so AI agents can query and book directly.
What counts as a "qualified lead"?
For the future pay-per-lead add-on (not active yet): a lead with a real name + email + phone + budget + move-in timeframe. Disputed leads (bad contact, spam, mismatched budget) don't count. You'll get a 7-day dispute window on every billed lead.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your operator dashboard. We don't lock you in. The first 30 days are free, so you can try it risk-free.
I run a chain of 5+ villages. How does this work?
